Guidelines for asking good questions in the forums, by email or phone:
Be specific
“It doesn’t work” or “I can’t enter my data” or “I need a nest box plan” or “What is this bird/egg/nest?”
These types of questions are vague and difficult to answer. Make sure your question and description of the problem is specific. What didn’t work? Was there an error? If so, what was it? What page were you on? What were you trying to do? What exactly are you looking for? The more specific you can be the better able we are to answer your question in a timely manner.
